Serenity Forge
During my time as a Marketing Manager for Serenity Forge, I shaped my abilities as a marketing “Swiss army knife”, utilizing the most effective strategies, tactics and channels to build a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our titles. From social media management, to content marketing, to influencer relations, I utilized a wide variety of effective channels to share exciting and compelling content from our games, engaging with captivated audiences along the way. At the same time, I also extensively worked with third-party partners to see success for our portfolio, such as platform marketing partners and support agencies for all of our publishing needs.
I also learned an extensive amount about the business of publishing games, familiarizing myself with common standards and practices for publisher-developer contracts, as well as the publishing and development landscape of the industry. This was also greatly enhanced by my time managing the sales lifecycles of our portfolio, coordinating with other partners to widen our audiences and sales opportunities. With this combined knowledge, I helped determine titles and contracts that would be beneficial to the portfolio, as well as negotiating what publishing needs the developers had.
