Amplifier Game Invest

Working as a part of the Publishing Team at Amplifier Game Invest, I acted as the Social Media & Digital Content Manager to help shape and execute GTM strategies for over a dozen development teams under the Amplifier portfolio. However, I primarily worked on Lightyear Frontier, working in coordination with the team at FRAME BREAK to foster a healthy and engaged community up to the Early Access launch in March 2024. In this, I worked closely with both the development team and my Publishing Team colleagues, delivering world-class publishing support, with the game seeing marked success across platforms and as a welcome entry to the ID@Xbox portfolio.

For my part, I worked with developers to build the digital brand from the ground up. This included copywriting and asset creation for the game’s website, writing longform content updates (and creating visual content for them), and optimizing the publishing/creative strategy across storefronts, such as Steam and Xbox.

In addition to this, I innovated on a variety of marketing activations to keep the community engaged, including setting up and running developer livestreams, giving community members the opportunity to vote on features to add, and even creating a choose-your-own-adventure minigame within the game’s Discord. Alongside this, I acted as one of the “faces” of the team, constantly building out and executing a social media calendar where I also created all assets across channels such as Twitter (now X), TikTok, Instagram, and more. Finally, I acted as the game’s representative in key marketing activations, providing voiceover for trailers as a part of key showcases Lightyear Frontier participated in, as well as staffing expo presences, such as Gamescom and Day of the Devs.
