Heroes of the Storm: Nexus Gaming Series

As part of the volunteer staff for the Nexus Gaming Series, I worked with multiple other staff members to develop a North American grassroots league for the Blizzard MOBA, Heroes of the Storm. During this time, I learned the ins and outs of content creation, managing a Discord community, representing an organization on social media, and most of all, conflict resolution and de-escalation. The experiences I had working as a part of this league greatly helped shape my emotional intelligence, as well as taught me what perception meant (and how to manage arising situations with diligence and care).
